AMHR2（Anti-Müllerian Hormone Receptor Type 2，抗苗勒管激素2型受體）是抗苗勒管激素（AMH）的專一性受體，是轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β（TGF-β）受體超家族的一員。它在男性胚胎的性別分化、女性卵泡發(fā)育及卵巢儲備功能的評估中扮演著關(guān)鍵角色。在臨床應(yīng)用上，血清AMH水平（其信號主要通過AMHR2傳導(dǎo)）已成為評估女性卵巢儲備和輔助生殖技術(shù)中預(yù)測卵巢反應(yīng)性的重要生物標志物。
