整合素αvβ6 是由αv 和β6 亞基組成的異二聚體跨膜受體，屬于整合素家族成員，其胞 外域通過識別含 RGD（精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸）序列的配體介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的相 互作用，主要在上皮細(xì)胞中低表達(dá)，但在組織損傷、纖維化、炎癥及惡性腫瘤中顯著上調(diào)， 成為疾病治療的潛在靶點。該整合素的主要配體包括細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)蛋白如纖維連接蛋白 （Fibronectin）、層粘連蛋白（Laminin）以及潛活形式的 TGF-β，后者通過與αvβ6 結(jié)合被 激活為活性形式，驅(qū)動纖維化和免疫抑制微環(huán)境形成；此外，αvβ6 還可作為口蹄疫病毒 （FMDV）等病原體的入侵受體。 |

Integrin αvβ6 Effector Reporter Cell 報告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi)αvβ6 的信號轉(zhuǎn) 導(dǎo)過程，原理見下圖所示。
