粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一種多功能的造血生長因子和免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑,最初因發(fā)現(xiàn)其能刺激骨髓祖細(xì)胞增殖分化為粒細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞而得名。它可由多種細(xì)胞類型產(chǎn)生,包括活化的 T 細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、成纖維細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞等,通常在感染、炎癥或組織損傷等應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下被大量分泌。GM-CSF 不僅參與維持造血穩(wěn)態(tài),更是連接先天性免疫和適應(yīng)性免疫的關(guān)鍵橋梁,在炎癥反應(yīng)、自身免疫疾?。ㄈ珙愶L(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎)和組織修復(fù)中發(fā)揮核心作用。 |
